The process is built upon a disciplined approach prioritizing quality and diversification and a sound risk management framework to protect the collection. Members are actively engaged in the process through a voting system that allows them to participate.

The Rare Spirits Society utilizes cutting-edge technology and data analysis tools to enhance the portfolio management process, including blockchain technology for tokenizing barrels and its memberships.

The Rare Rum Collection will include rums of different profiles and ages, with diversified exit strategies such as reselling the barrels to the original distillery, selling to independent bottlers or brokers, selling to Rare Spirits Society members, or bottling the Rum within the barrels and selling the bottles.

Fees for the Rare Rum Collection will be 8% of the transactions, covering the angel's share of the aging process.

The Rare Spirits Society management team consists of experienced professionals in the spirits industry, finance, marketing, and technology, who oversee the collection's acquisition, aging, and sale of rare rum casks.
